Sometimes it feels safer not to do anything than to go for what you really want. It feels safer to maintain the status quo.

Do you feel this way too? Or you know someone who does?

If so, don’t fret! You’re not alone.

Our minds are wired to keep us supposedly safe even if that means playing small or sacrificing more important things.

You are afraid of taking risks because you wonder, what if it all goes wrong?

But what if it goes right and is the best thing that has ever happened to you?

For example, a corporate or business executive might realize that he/she is slowly drifting away from his family.

He/she doesn’t spend quality time with his/her partner and kids anymore and most times he/she comes home late at night when they’ve gone to bed.

He/she misses his/her family and wants to be with them regularly, but is scared that he/she might lose it all.

He/she fears that his/her company might experience some challenges if he/she reduces the amount of time he spends at work and worse yet, lose the new clients he/she has worked hard to secure.

If that happens, the kind of comfort the family experiences and is used to will disappear in a flash. He/she can’t stand that either.

So to prevent this from happening he/she decides to wing it and focus on his/her job as he/she doesn’t want to lose his/her family or his/her work.

But what he/she fails to realize is he/she will eventually lose his/her family if he/she doesn’t fix it and the fact that HE/SHE CAN HAVE IT ALL.

He/she wasn’t meant to have one, he/she deserves it all.

How can he/she achieve that?

Simply by getting help.
